Spring is here, and we’re pulling open the barn doors.

Join us for a relaxed Spring Open House at Killdeer Farms—a casual morning to wander the farm, enjoy a little fresh air, and see what’s beginning to bloom (and what didn’t quite make it… rest in peace, rudbeckia).

Whether it’s your first visit or a return to one of your favorite places, this day is simply a welcome—to the season, to the farm, and to you.

No tickets required. No pressure to “do” anything. Just come and enjoy. (Please leave pets at home.)

Throughout the morning, we’ll offer a series of short, drop-in chats for anyone who wants to learn something new or listen in:

• Lavender oil distillation demonstration (9:30 am)

• Vegetable gardening Q&A with the Yolo County Master Gardeners (10 am)

• Seed starting basics (10:30)

• Gardening for pollinators and birds (11:00)

During your visit, you can also:

• Grab coffee from Lenise’s Cafe and relax at the picnic tables

• Create your own arrangement at the Bud Vase Bar

• Shop our lavender bath + body collection

• Take home gifts for your garden

In other words: coffee, flowers, good smells, and a very good reason to get out of the house.
